I’ve known Mar through mutual friends for a long time, and I was so hyped when she reached out to me about photographing her wedding. I was extra excited for their Fall Wedding in the Catskills!

It really couldn’t have been a more beautiful Fall day. The foliage and trees were fucking INSANE and the colors were popping in the sun. I was Owen Wilson “wooow”-ing my entire drive up.

When I got there I started out with Chris and his friends who were playing a dice game, and right away Chris won! They handed him a stack of money and he dapped them up all around.

After he finished getting dressed I went over to the room that Mar and her friends were prepping in. They were all having fun drinking champagne and helping Mar get her jewelry on. She looked incredible and I’ve never seen a two-piece wedding dress like hers before!

I took the chair lift up with Chris to set up for their first-look moment with an incredible view of the mountains and Mar came up shortly after, followed by all of their friends for group photos. They were a really fun crowd so it was nice and easy to get great photos of them.

Their ceremony was especially nice because one of Chris’s friends married them. All of their guests were able to enjoy the incredible view while Mar and Chris said their vows. After the ceremony we took a few more pictures before heading down the chair lift to cocktail hour where friends and family were waiting for them.

After some drinks and group pictures we all went up to the lodge for the reception, where some friends of Mar’s performed the song for their first dance. Chris shared a dance with his mom, then it was time to sit down for the speeches. Their friends told stories about them growing up, and Chris’s friends brought out a bunch of giant blown-up photos of him as a child. It was HILARIOUS. The guests were going wild!

After the speeches dinner was served, and then it was PARTY TIME!

Chris, Mar, and their friends were going wild all night to punk-rock bangers and at the end of my coverage I couldn’t help but join in. This wedding was so damn fun. I love my job! Scroll through to check out this Catskills Fall Wedding!
